Level 1: Reaction
The questionnaires’ response were used to measure the participants’ reaction level after
completion of the financial management course. The reaction level encompassed three
dimension: satisfaction on the overall course, enhanced knowledge on financial management,
and relevance of the course to respond to emergencies. Findings from the experimental study
demonstrated that participants were satisfied with the course training of student financial
management system. Apparently, 65% of the college students who participated in the course
indicated they strongly or somewhat with the overall contents of course evaluated. A growing
number of studies have stipulated the paramount essence of efficiency and quality course trainer
and modern training platforms to ensure achievement of the best possible reaction. It is pertinent
to note that deployment of digital learning mechanism such as ZOGO plays an important role in
improving the satisfaction level among the participants since they can access the information at
any location in convenient ways over the internet. This is greatly consistent with the study
reaction results, which postulates that the digital technique of assessment of the learning
materials predicts positive reaction of the college participants.
Consequently, 57% of the college participants indicated that the course enhanced their
knowledge on the essential subject of financial management. The delivery method of the course

Training delivery refers to the training scheduling, the programme length, the training content, the
methods of providing training, training equipment and technology resources [25,38,49,51,55,106]. In
this study, training delivery ranked second in predicting the satisfaction of the trainees, which indicates
