Contemporary Minimalist House
The small two-story house would be 36 square meter per level. It is cunningly designed to suit
narrow lots with aesthetically pleasing ambience. As for the style of the house would be minimalist
with modern exterior design style in essence due to the small area it is allocated, using the bare
essentials to create a simple and uncluttered space. It’s characterized by simplicity, clean lines,
and a monochromatic palette with color used as an accent.
It is a family-friendly house that primarily suits people who prefers a simple yet voguish style
house and was perfectly designed for a small family who enjoys spending their leisure time in
living area or in the dining room. In the second floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a living
room with access to the balcony from which a captivating sunset could be seen.
