“Leadership”
The persistent paucity of women in positions of authority is one of the key problems that
underpins all our communal conflicts. Even among the world’s judiciary and political leadership,
the absence of women in high positions inhibits progress on problems ranging from salary to
humanitarian assistance to discrimination in all kinds. The sooner people realize that the scarcity
of women in leadership roles holds back not only all the women, but everyone in the community
or nation, the soon the entire society may progress.
The greatest difficulty that women face today is leadership and the absence of power
positions. Despite of their accomplishments, education, or capabilities, women are still perceived
as less qualified and capable than men in society. A strong and intellectual woman, society tells
itself, is a nuisance and a disturbance to the social order, instead of an inherent part of it.
Despite the tremendous victories of current feminist movements in Asia and elsewhere,
many people still feel that women are not deserving of the same educational possibilities as men.
This sends a clear message that men are the ones who will dominate authority, and women should
be treated as second-class individuals in all aspects of society.
Because once women were in struggle or in a difficulty, all they desired was for their
children to have an education. They all felt that education might give their children with numerous
chances, which community had previously denied them due to their gender. Even with proper
knowledge, nevertheless, women throughout the world continue to be denied equality of
opportunities. This is even more disturbing that all women expressing or simply pursuing their
fundamental rights is perceived as a blatant and disruptive challenge to existing power systems in
too many places all over the world.
Imagine today’s women caring for children, parents, husbands, siblings, or extended
relatives performing two full-time tasks yet competing with men that only have one. The
conventional approaches are to urge those men to contribute greater. As a result, every individual
must come for seeing household tasks as job role that focuses us on making an investment in others
though the physical needs, mentoring, teaching, connecting, advising, and guidance as work that
is just as difficult, significant, and pleasurable as the more individualist work that focuses us on
wanting to invest in own selves. Society should prioritize care both financially and socially, by
spending significantly more for through government and the private sector investment, and by
elevating the status of caregiving at home and in jobs. Consequently, it is more important than ever
to consider traditional women’s labor as equivalent to traditional men’s work. As a result, a
country’s women’s movement should concentrate on establishing legal and social rules that enable
women and men equal access to nourishment, medical services, employment, schooling, and even
the freedom to govern their body and then choose their significant partner.
Every one of these concerns are women’s issues, from the economics to climate change,
criminal law reform to global defense. The approach to addressing the difficulties that women
confront now is to ensure that women are represented at the decision-making table. Witnessing
how women in positions of power may provide a unique and valuable viewpoint. Because if the
community and nation’s issues are to be handled and addressed today, the country must hear from
half of its inhabitants.
I as part of the women in the society, I feel that everybody should continue speaking up in
support of every woman’s right to freedom of speech and to understand her value and strength.
The empowerment of women’s voices is maybe the most important issue in today’s community.
Because every woman and young girl is currently confronted with a multitude of issues daily.
From such a lack of food, knowledge, and work to the possibility of gender-based assault, women
face many challenges. I think that their perspectives and experiences will influence the individuals
and communities of tomorrow. So, if our people and country want to find the greatest answers for
growing peace and security in the future, we, the community, must offer clever, innovative, and
powerful women a place at the decision-making table, both at home and throughout the country.
Because actual success will be determined by whether present and future female leaders
and advocates, as well as those who support them, grasp the necessity and danger of inactivity. All
parents, both mothers and fathers, are working hard to ensure that their children receive a good
curriculum. I agree that the women leaders and advocates, who have benefited from previous
collaborative actions and stand on the shoulders of their people, are the most powerful. Ensure that
every woman and girl has the chance to live life to her fullest capability by pushing and
maintaining open all doors to new opportunities.
