relationship with our supervisor. His endless unwarranted criticism and ugly confrontation
during the time consuming meetings that work unbearable. Leadership has physiological
underpinnings as it pays a major role in motivation of the staff (Boyatzis, 2019). It will make me
isolate myself and avoid having a conversation with my workmates. Humans need healthy
interpersonal interactions to sustain their fitness, well-being, and success. Lack of motivation
leads to inadequate authority necessary to carry out tasks, and unproductive.
While alive, I enjoyed a close relationship with my father. It hard to forget the memories
and the good times we had. These memories can be stressing for anyone, his absence gets the
best of me. My father was always there for me, especially with my endless illness; migraines,
diabetes, PTSD, sleep apnea. These conditions are putting a lot of strain on my life, they always
drive me to depression whenever I think of the situation. Stress has a negative impact on my life,
and those around me. This situation makes me to feel isolated and unhappy. Having an excellent
connection with my family with is important, giving them a cold shoulder is hurting.
Managing stress is a vital issue that everyone should know how to work well. I have
ways to handle various forms I manage my challenging situation. I believe opening op to those
close to me helps me to handle this situation takes place. I believe having a good relationship
with my boss will make me enjoy my work. Exploring new sports is another opportunity to relax
in a hobby or participate in new hobbies. Also, listening to music and reading books are other
aspects that stress, reads, and listens calm the mind, reducing negative and stressful behaviors in
the brain. I do enjoy new sports or events gives me the opportunity to see what options are open.
Lastly, I understand sleep is essential for relaxation; a person has to sleep for eight to ten hours
to survive in an active lifestyle. Sleeping right can suppress stress hormones and ultimately
reduce stress levels. It can reduce stress in our lives and make me better. My brain tends to feel
better when I’m stress-free which in turn motivate me to work harder on various projects.
Every person has their stress management techniques, and it is critical to employ the
appropriate ones when dealing with a stressful situation. Since I was not in charge of the
problem, stress was able to get the best of me for a long time. Usually, when confronted with a
situation, I will take a step back and assess the situation before deciding. Speaking up relieves
me of the stress of not being satisfied. My self-confidence and dedication help me stay focused
on my life’s objectives. It’s challenging to know which situation is causing me stress without a
proper guide. With time, I’m coming to terms with the death of my father by speaking it out to
my friend. Furthermore, I have taken a health insurance to help me get proper medical attention
to avoid falling sick. Self-reflection is critical because it will assist you in leading an everyday
life. It is during this time, I motivate myself to becoming a better human being though selfevaluation.
I agree that stress management is everyone’s duty because it can negatively impact their
lives. We must make use of the different tools at our disposal to improve our lives. We become
inefficient at everything we do when we are depressed. To prevent being depressed, which can
lead to depression, everyone should learn to speak up when they are hurting. Many people
commit suicide as a result of excessive stress, which can be avoided. Companies and families
both have a responsibility to look after their employees’ well-being. Many people may not
receive the care they need, leading them to abandon their goals and even commit suicide. I hope
