Dynamic Stretches:
• Walking arm swings
• Walking Knee to Chest

Static Stretches:
• Arm across
o Right arm across and hold with left
o Repeat on other side
• Hamstrings-right/left
o Legs apart and reach over to the right
• Quadriceps-right/left
o Flamingo stretch
• Heel Toe-right/left
o Lift toe up on right first and keep Heel on the ground. Bend opposite leg
and reach down towards the toe that is off the ground
