ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems may enhance corporate operations.
Integrated applications that collect, store, manage and analyze data may meet a
company’s demands. ERP software may help you manage your company’s resources,
measure your company’s progress on commitments, and analyze employee data.
These may be used for various business applications (Fabris, 2019). It was created to
handle a company’s external and internal operations. To circumvent this issue,
executives and business owners will have to utilize many programs for different jobs,
making data mobility and analysis cumbersome.
To implement a successful software solution, you must first identify your
company’s needs. NetSuite ERP is an enterprise resource planning system for SMBs;

Effective project managers set themselves apart from their colleagues by
anticipating and addressing any bottlenecks early in the project’s life cycle (Taghipour
et al., 2020). It is feasible to deal with the issues if you thoroughly understand the
project’s constraints and dependencies.
Scope- The scope of a project is a set of assured outcomes, not an estimate. The
deliverables or milestones specified in the scope must be reachable if the project
succeeds. Stakeholders must agree on these deliverables before any work can begin.
The project manager must identify which deliverables will and will not be supplied
(Lau et al., 2020). Each person working on the project will clearly understand the end
goal this way. A detailed assessment of the scope is critical to the success of a project
for a project manager. The first step is creating a project scope statement that lays out
what is not included.
Quality- The features of the delivered deliverable determine the quality
restriction. The quality of a project is determined by how well it meets the
expectations of the involved people. The quality of a project is directly related to
whether or not a customer is satisfied; thus, a project manager must keep that quality
high at all times.
Cost- As management, plan to stay inside budget. To avoid overpaying, you
will need to keep expenditures under control. An accurate cost estimate is required
before designing a project plan. After the project is completed, you will have a
baseline to compare spending and progress.

Time- A project’s success depends on meeting deadlines. Your goal as a project
manager is to create the most accurate completion date forecasts. So you will have to
plan around earlier projects. Set deadlines for each phase (Lau et al., 2020). This
strategy allows you to focus on the essential tasks and do them on time.
Resources- Resources are critical to a project’s success and budget. Resources
include people, equipment, and facilities. The availability of resources affects all other
constraints. As a result, the project manager must effectively manage resources to
meet all other constraints. Inefficient resource allocation may waste time and money.
