Honesty and openness are essential
Uber understood from the start that it would have to overcome the inherent reluctance individuals have when
entering a private, unregulated vehicle with a complete stranger. It took time to establish trust, which the firm

Uber drivers are also transparent. After concentrating on the passenger experience for three to four years, the
business shifted its emphasis to making drivers more active platform users. In fact, Byrne credited Uber’s
dispatching system with attracting a large number of former taxi drivers who were dissatisfied with the way
routes and trips were assigned by dispatchers in the taxi sector. In response to complaints, increased commission
rates and other perks have helped preserve a robust pool of drivers. A driving app appeared in Britain in 2018. It
assists Uber drivers with keeping track of profits, calculating drive hours, and avoiding speeding.
In addition, to maintain open channels of contact with drivers, the corporation has developed panels where
drivers may voice their complaints.
