In addition, the judicial system’s transformation is achieved by acknowledging the effects of
racial acts based on law and order. Establishing the grounds and results of ethnic variation is
essential in eliminating the shortcomings associated with racists. Therefore, focusing on a
racially free legal system needs an appreciation of the differences in ancestral incarceration
across the American countries, policies, and activities that stimulate the differences. With a
transformation of the judicial systems, the constant increase in black incarceration will be
reversed. However, it is not an obvious belief that incarceration only occurs among AfricanAmericans since also a good number of the light-skinned race are detained in the various
correctional facilities. In some cases, there more white inmantes than the black Americans in the
state prisons.
